My hubby wants me to wear skimpy dresses while at home?

we are married for the past six months and he insists on me getting dressed skimpily.Is it fine.Has any one of your hubby want you to do the same?I feel he is spending too much money on getting me cosmetics,dresses,lingerie etc.
